Convos

Terms of use

Last updated: 9 October 2026

These terms apply to the Convos web app and the Convos Chrome extension, operated by Stevenson Conseil SAS (SIREN 931 160 907, VAT FR06 931 160 907), 7 rue Sainte-Foy, 75002 Paris, France (“we”). By creating an account or installing the extension, you accept them. Contact: privacy@stevenson-co.com.

1. What Convos does

Convos brings together, in one place, posts from the LinkedIn members you choose and comments on your own posts, so you can answer them yourself. The extension reads LinkedIn with your own session and posts only the comments and replies you write and send. Convos never writes for you and uses no AI to generate comments.

2. Your account

  • You need a valid email address. Keep access to it secure: anyone with access to your email can sign in.
  • On team plans, the workspace owner invites and removes members and is responsible for their use of Convos.
  • You must be at least 18 and use Convos for your professional activity.

3. Plans, trial and payment

  • New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card. At the end, the account moves to the free plan unless you subscribe.
  • Paid plans (Solo, Agency) are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on the Plans page, excluding VAT where applicable.
  • You can cancel at any time from the Plans page: your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, then the account moves to the free plan. Periods already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
  • We may change prices for future periods; we will tell you at least 30 days before.

4. Free months

  • You can earn free months by posting about Convos on LinkedIn (once per account) and by inviting people who then subscribe (one month for each side, up to 12 months a year for the referrer).
  • A post must be honest and say that you receive a free month for it (for example with #partenariat). Self-referrals and fake accounts are not allowed; we may cancel months obtained this way.
  • Free months are credited on your Stripe invoices and have no cash value.

5. Using Convos responsibly

You remain responsible for what you post on LinkedIn and for respecting LinkedIn’s own terms. You agree not to:

  • use Convos to send spam, mass identical comments or misleading content;
  • use Convos to harass anyone or collect personal data for purposes other than your own LinkedIn conversations;
  • copy, resell or overload the service, or try to bypass its limits or security.

6. LinkedIn

Convos is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn. It works at a human pace with your own session, and every comment is written and sent by you, but LinkedIn may change its website or restrict accounts according to its own rules. We cannot guarantee that LinkedIn will keep allowing tools such as Convos, and we are not responsible for decisions LinkedIn takes about your account.

7. Community

The community is optional. If you join, other members can see your headline, sectors and some of your posts, and you can see theirs. Nobody is told to like or comment. You can leave at any time in the Community page.

8. Your content

You keep all rights to your lists, comments and data. You allow us to store and process them only to provide Convos. You can delete your account and all its data at any time in Settings.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Convos available and to fix problems quickly, but the service is provided as is and may be interrupted, for example when LinkedIn changes its pages. We may improve or change features; if a change significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, you may cancel and be refunded for the unused period.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Convos is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business or reputation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Convos and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after warning you where possible.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please contact us first so we can find a solution. Failing that, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rules protecting consumers.

13. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
